let other beta users invite colleagues... or no collab. here started
if Creately is for collaboration, I can't collaborate if my colleagues haven't been invited to the beta phase...
We've started work on this. You'll soon be able to invite upto 5 your friends to join Creately and collaborate with you. Watch this space.

allow for real time collaboration on diagrams under review
Can we have real time collaboration on diagrams. I saw some mention of this on your twitter or something. Hows that going?
We've been experimenting with real time collab internally and its working fine. But we currently have important features that we need to deliver before getting real time out to you.

Be able to change object types after placing one.
Sometimes, I'll place an object. Let's say, a square. Then, later, I decide it needs to be a circle. I'd like to be able to do that easily! :)

Delete a user comment under review
I added a "Comment" to a drawing. I was testing the "Comment" feature to see how it works. I tried to delete the comment; however, there does not seem to be any way to delete the comment.
That's an important feature we'd like to bring in soon. For now though, if you ever make a mistake with a Comment and need to delete it - simply Undo your action. Use the Undo button in the main toolbar or the Ctrl+Z keyboard shortcut / Cmd+Z hotkey.
You always have Ctrl+Z for Undo if you ever make any other errors.

Text positioning on objects need to be easier
The text positioning feature is difficult to find and is not flexible enough. Any ideas how it can be made better?
Currently the contextual Text Edit toolbar has a single Button (furthest left) that lets to reposition the text to the following locations with respect to the KObject - Top, Center, Bottom, Left, Right. This is not the best solution - so tell us how you'd like to see this working.

export to EPS format or non-rasterized PDF
EPS is commonly used for images in LaTeX publications. The exported PDFs seem sort of low quality, so it would be better to export in a vector format.

Export DDL statements from ER diagrams
After I painstakingly *create* ERD's, the tool should spit out DDL... "Create Table" scripts, etc... forward engineer.

Custom objects
It would be nice if you could have your own page with custom objects. You could then easily make a composite out of other objects. Just right click an object / group you made and make it a template. This would then be added to your custom objects page.

have object property box
so that it's possible to specify dimensions for UI screens and see if the proposed interface is realistic or completely off in terms of what can fit.

improve connector logic in org chart. it draws all over existing objects,and lines are hard to align
We'd love to get a little more detail on the problem you have described. Would be great if you could Click on the Report Bug Button in Creately and attach an image of your org chart so we can help with your issue.
Also, a good way to align objects in Org Charts is not to try to move the lines, but to move the objects themselves. The connector lines should automatically align themselves if the org chart objects are aligned.

Allow arrows direction on lines to be inverted
Can we also allow arrows to be directed inwardly on a line/connector?
As of now it only points outwards.

Add Table and Tree-Table objects for use in UI mockups
These two widgets are extremely common in UI design and should exist. It should be possible to easily add/remove columns and it should be possible to provide some sample data inside a column.
This is a great idea and its definitely something you'll get more of from Creately.

predefined shapes ie arrows should be simpler to rotate
when adding predefined shapes to diagram not obvious how to rotate item such that arrows match position of the items

Add more templates - especially for education started
Storyboard templates, Compare/Contrast, Graphic Organizers as examples. Lots to choose from at http://www.exploratree.org.uk/ if you need some ideas.

transform yourself into THE online visio [all diagrams!]
What about house planning? What about mapping? Space and building planning? Its the same concept. I'm a graphic designer and need the UML much less than I'd use the space design. Go ahead!

Venn Diagrams?
Suggest either renaming the "Venn diagram" template, or add a way to easily shade the overlap of simple objects, as is typical of Venn diagrams

Embed code for blogs, websites, etc. for a diagram?
This is definitely on the cards.Would love to hear what exactly you would like to see embeded - would this be an image, or a dynamic diagram like in Creately. What interactions would you like to see - should a user be able to only view the diagram thru the widget or be able to manipulate it as well?

add more navigation templates to the UI.
for example, a row of tabs that would be seen along the top, a selection list of links that we could put on the side, etc.
